Xtream IPTV setup guide for every device

Before you start

You need three things: the device, a player app and your login. Firestick and PC have their own detailed guides: Xtream IPTV on Firestick and Xtream IPTV player for PC. Every other device is below.

Samsung and LG smart TVs

Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) TVs cannot install Android apps, so they use players built for their own stores. IBO Player Pro is the one we find most reliable in 2026.

   Install IBO Player Pro from the TV's app store

   Samsung: Apps on the home bar. LG: LG Content Store. Search IBO Player Pro and install it.

2. 02

   Note the MAC address and device key

   Open the app. The first screen shows a MAC address and a device key. Take a photo of it.

3. 03

   Send them to us, or add the login yourself

   Send the photo on WhatsApp and we add your Xtream login for you, or enter it yourself on the player's official website using the MAC and key.

   Restart the app

   Close IBO Player and open it again. Your channels, guide and movies appear.

Hisense TVs (VIDAA and Google TV)

Hisense sells TVs on two different systems. Google TV and Android TV models install the same apps as any Android TV. VIDAA models need a player built for VIDAA, and the choice there is smaller.

   Check which system your Hisense runs

   Settings › System › About. Newer models run either VIDAA or Google TV / Android TV; the steps differ.

   Google TV or Android TV model: install TiviMate

   Install TiviMate from Google Play and choose Add playlist › Xtream Codes, exactly as on any Android TV.

   VIDAA model: install a VIDAA player

   Open the VIDAA app store and install an IPTV player published for VIDAA, such as SmartOne IPTV. Note the MAC address it shows on first launch.

4. 04

   Add your login on the player's website

   VIDAA players are set up from their own website using the TV's MAC address. Choose the Xtream option if it has one; if it only takes a playlist link, our converter builds it from your login.

Apple TV, iPhone, iPad and Mac

1. 01

   Install IPTVX

   From the App Store on Apple TV, iPhone, iPad or Mac. GSE Smart IPTV is a cheaper alternative.

2. 02

   Add a playlist and choose Xtream Codes

   Enter the server URL with its port, the username and the password.

3. 03

   Sync your other Apple devices

   Turn on iCloud sync in IPTVX and the same login and favourites appear on every Apple device you own.

Android TV, Google TV, Shield and Android phones

   Install from Google Play

   TiviMate on Android TV, Google TV and NVIDIA Shield; IPTV Smarters Pro or XCIPTV on phones and tablets.

2. 02

   Choose the Xtream login type

   In TiviMate: Add playlist › Xtream Codes. In Smarters: Login with Xtream Codes API.

3. 03

   Enter the three fields and load

   Server URL, username, password. The first sync takes about a minute.

MAG boxes and Formuler

MAG boxes do not use the Xtream login directly. They connect to a portal that recognises the box's MAC address. Formuler boxes with MyTVOnline accept either the portal or an Xtream login.

   Send us the MAC address

   It is printed on the sticker under the box, starting with 00:1A:79. We register it on your account.

2. 02

   Enter the portal URL

   Settings › System settings › Servers › Portals. Put the portal address we send you in Portal 1 and save.

3. 03

   Restart the box

   The portal loads with live TV, the guide and the video club.
