Xtream IPTV collects as little as possible: only what we need to set up your login, take payment and help you.

1. What we collect
Your WhatsApp number or email address, the plan you ordered, the device type you tell us about, and payment confirmation from our payment provider. For MAG and some smart-TV apps, the device MAC address you send us.
2. What we never collect
We never ask for or store full card numbers, and we never ask for the passwords to your Amazon, Google, Apple or other accounts. We do not log what you watch.
3. How we use it
To create and renew your login, to answer support requests, and to send a reminder before your plan ends. We do not sell or rent your information.
4. This website
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The live chat widget sets cookies needed to keep your conversation open. The Xtream to M3U converter runs entirely in your browser; what you type into it is never sent to us.
5. Retention
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting, and support conversations for 12 months after your last plan ends.
6. Your choices
