Terms of Service

1. The service

Xtream IPTV provides access to live television channels and on-demand content over the internet through an Xtream Codes login (server URL, username and password) or, on request, an M3U link or portal. We do not provide player apps or devices.

2. Your login

Your login is for your household only. Each plan allows a set number of simultaneous connections, from 1 to 5. Sharing or reselling a login, or using more connections than your plan allows, may lead to suspension without refund.

3. Plans and payment

Plans are paid in advance for a fixed length and do not renew automatically. Prices are in US dollars and shown on the plans page at the time you order. We may change prices for future plans, never for a plan you have already paid for.

4. Availability

We aim for 99.9% availability but cannot guarantee that every channel or event is available at all times. Channel line-ups change as sources change. Service quality also depends on your internet connection and device, which are outside our control.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to re-stream, record for redistribution, or publicly broadcast content received through the service, and to follow the laws that apply where you live.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy: you may request one within 7 days of payment if the service does not work for you and we cannot fix it.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current plan.
