Install an Xtream IPTV player on Windows 10 and 11

Open the Microsoft Store
Click Start, type Microsoft Store and open it. Using the Store means automatic updates and no installer files from unknown sites.

Search Xtream IPTV Player, check the publisher and reviews, and click Get. IPTV Smarters Pro is a good alternative with a Windows version on the developer's site.

Add your login
Choose the Xtream Codes option, then enter the server URL with its port, your username and your password exactly as we sent them.

Let it load, then pin it
The first sync takes a minute. Right-click the app in the Start menu and pin it to the taskbar so it opens like any other program.

IPTV Smarters Pro also has a macOS version if you would rather not pay for IPTVX. It works, but the interface feels like a phone app stretched to a big screen.
Get smooth playback on a PC
- Use a cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi. Most buffering on laptops comes from a weak 2.4 GHz connection.
- Choose TS output in the player settings if streams stutter; switch to HLS (m3u8) if they do not start at all.
- Turn off VPN split-tunnelling quirks. If you use a VPN and channels fail, try a server in a nearby city.
- Close heavy browser tabs. 4K decoding on older laptops needs the CPU free.

Is there an Xtream IPTV player for Windows 11?
Yes. Xtream IPTV Player is in the Microsoft Store for Windows 10 and 11, and IPTV Smarters Pro has a Windows desktop version. Both accept an Xtream Codes login.
Can I watch Xtream IPTV in a web browser?
Not reliably. Browsers block most live IPTV streams for security reasons, and web players that work usually ask you to paste your login into someone else's website. A desktop app is safer and smoother.
Why does my PC player buffer when my TV doesn't?
Usually Wi-Fi. Laptops often connect on the slower 2.4 GHz band. Plug in a cable or switch to 5 GHz, and set the player's output format to TS instead of HLS.
Can I use VLC on my PC instead?
Yes, with the M3U version of your login (use our converter), but you lose the TV guide and movie menus. It is fine for a quick test.
